Where is the picnic held?

The picnic is held at the Springwater Conservation Area in Aylmer, ON.

How do I reserve a campsite at the picnic?

(Sites can only be reserved if you come BEFORE friday)They can be booked at the retail rate, contact email the campgrounds to leave your name and arrange for a site.

Are children welcome at the picnic?

Sure. Children should be supervised.

Are dogs welcome at the picnic?

Leashed dogs with current shots are welcome, but pet owners should be respectful of noise and waste.

Is food available at the picnic?

Food will be sold on site. There will be dinner Friday, breakfast , Lunch and dinner Saturday and breakfast Sunday

Are recording and photography allowed at the picnic?

Yes, but recording equipment should not interfere with anyone.

Are tickets available for each event. or is there a package?

There are two packages: The weekend WITH camping, or the weekend WITHOUT camping. Or you may purchase tickets for each day, or single nights of camping.

Are there hotels in the area?

Yes.

The Springwater Conservation Area features campsites with RV hookups and shower and laundry facilities. For those not wishing to camp, the following are in the area:

Are there hookups at the campgrounds?

Yes, after purchasing your camping through the Fred Eaglesmith store, please phone Springwater at 519-773-9037 to secure a campsite with hookups.
Hook-ups are only available in the West Campground, which is across the road from the Area where the concert is held
